What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects that impact normal operation, including:

• Electrical component failure under standard residential use
• Internal wiring or driver defects
• LED malfunction or premature failure
• Power-related faults caused by manufacturing issues
• Structural faults affecting safe operation
• Issues present at delivery but identified later

Coverage is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery and applies to indoor residential use, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Warranty Coverage Scope:
This warranty covers faults resulting from manufacturing defects, not issues related to installation, usage, or handling after delivery.

Warranty Limitations:
This warranty does not cover:

• Installation errors, wiring mistakes, or incorrect voltage
• Accidental damage, impact, or breakage
• External factors such as moisture, humidity, or power surges
• Normal wear, aging, or cosmetic changes over time
• Modifications, alterations, or third-party repairs
• Commercial, rental, or high-traffic use

Warranty Claim Requirements:
To process a claim, the following are required:

• Proof of purchase or order number
• Clear video showing the issue while powered on
• Clear photos of the installation and wiring
• Confirmation of correct voltage usage

Incomplete submissions cannot be assessed.

Warranty Resolution:
If your claim is approved:

• A replacement part or identical item will be provided
• Refunds or store credit are not offered under this warranty
• Replacement shipping is covered once per order

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
