Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Start A Return
1 - To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lilyaston.com and include the reason for your return.
2 - If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide return labels.
3 - After we receive your return and it's in the same condition you received it, we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Damages, Issues / Faulty Products
In case the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a claim.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees, you will receive a refund for the full amount originally paid for the product.
Return Label
Unless the product is defected, the return label & cost is the customers responsibility.
Tax & Duties
For international returns, customers are fully responsible for ensuring the return is correctly labelled, declared, and sent to the correct address. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or issues caused by customs authorities or incorrect shipping documentation.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
